7.1 Included Fixes
The following section provides information regarding fixes included in this release of BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP3.

For information originally released with BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP2, and BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP1 and included in this release of BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP3, see the sections Included Fixes for BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP2, and Included Fixes for BrightStor ARCserve Backup for NetWare r11.1 SP1.


[T512043] The Restore Tree now properly expands the cluster sessions when you filter the sessions using asterisk character (*) while performing backup.

[T512039] BrightStor ARCserve Backup Client Agent for NetWare now properly restores the directories when the destination directory contains umlaut characters.

[T512038] [T512049] BrightStor ARCserve Backup Client Agent for NetWare is now loaded properly when you do not have Storage Management Data Requester (SMDR) already loaded on the server machine.

[T512037] BrightStor ARCserve Backup server no longer abends on FSTAPE while backing up NDS when you have more than 1GB of RAM.

[T512050] The CPU usage reaches 100% when you use the Skip Existing Files or Overwrite with Newer Files only option for Copy jobs. To enable this fix, a new switch NumberDataSetDelay has been added under the NetWare Copy section of the asconfig.ini file. The switch is as follows:

[T514051] BrightStor ARCserve Backup has been updated so that you can now reliably back up the whole virtual cluster server that is selected for backup. Previously, the non-cluster volumes and NDS tree were also backed up and an error message “E3201 NetWare File System TSA not loaded” was reported.

[T4C4034] BrightStor ARCserve Backup is updated to avoid Catalog related issues when multiple backup jobs are active. In addition, the following error messages are no longer displayed in the Activity log.

[T50A047] BrightStor ARCserve Backup has been updated to ensure that you can now reliably access user profiles if you have administrator and sufficient queue rights.

[T4C4032] BrightStor ARCserve Backup Client Agent for NetWare has been updated to ensure that Compare option works reliably when you submit a backup job on the Windows backup server to back up a NetWare machine.

[T512045] OFANSS has been updated to ensure that it no longer abends during mirror-partition enumeration. OFANSS now terminates properly without taking a snapshot of the mirrored partitions.

[T512048] Backup jobs submission no longer fail due to job queue errors when you have proper rights on the queue objects.
