Теряется соединение с приложением NetMail

Отлаживаю Nsure Audit 1.0.3 применительно к NetMail 3.52.
Проинсталировал Nsure Audit 1.0.3 при инсталяции NetWare 6.5 SP4 сервер работал без проблем.
Потом проинсталил NetMail 3.52, без проблем ведется аудит событий NetMail, но в течении 20-40 минут, потом начинаются проблемы - на Logger Screen в цикле выдается сообщение:

Это кусок лога, а так ругается на все агенты NetMail...

Все крутится на одном hardware :

DATA: 7 Gb, TFS for NetMail

Что проглядел или не так сделал? Доку по Netmail и по Nsure Audit перечитал вдоль и
поперек...
