Привет
Можно бэкапить файловую систему Виндов средствами NetWare (тем более это лучше т.к. стример подключен к серверу):
You can back up and restore information on the local hard disks of
Windows workstations. You can back up specified directories or the
entire workstation hard disk.
1. At the server, load TSAPROXY.
2. Add the Novell Target Service Agent for Windows 95 or the Novell
Target Service Agent for Windows NT to the workstation.
3. Load the NetWare Backup/Restore NLMs on the host server.
4. On your workstation, run NWBACK32.EXE (located in the
SYS:\PUBLIC directory).
5. Specify what information will be backed up on the target.
6. Specify the location to which the information will be backed up.
7. Select the type of backup.
8. Set the schedule and rerun interval.
9. Provide a description of the session.
10. Submit the job.
11. Insert the media.
12. Proceed with the backup.
13. Add tapes as requested.
P.S.
Make sure that the NT TSA is installed and configured. It is a part of the
Novell Client modules (checkbox for Novell Target Service Agent).
The Windows NT TSA has two parts:
• TSA Service (TSAmain.exe) is a service that waits for and acts when
there is a request from the backup engine.
• TSAPrefs (TSAPrefs.exe) allows an NT administrator to set preferences
and monitor the activities of the TSA Service.
Configure the NT TSA
To configure the NT TSA on your Windows NT client, do the following:
1. In Windows NT, click the Properties page.
The TSA Prefs page appears with tabs for Preferences, Registration,
Connections, and Event Logs.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Fill in the following fields:
Workstation. Enter the name of the workstation.
Preferred Server. Enter the name of the server on which you want to
connect. This server must have TSAProxy installed.
Protocol. Select SPX/IPX or TCP/IP.
Events to Log. Check the items you want to log: Connection,
Registration, Security, or Service.
Allow Backup User. This grants the backup user rights depending on the
group.
Auto Register. This automatically registers the Windows NT
workstation with the server.
4. Click Registration.
5. Check the fields in the Registration page and click Register if the
fields are correct.
If information in any of the fields is incorrect, click Withdraw and return
to the Preferences page to change the information, then repeat Steps 4
and 5.
6. Click Connections.
7. Check the fields in the Connections page and click OK.
If you need to add or change information, click Apply.
You can delete connections in this page under Current Connections if
preferred. Click Apply.
