Brightstor Manager for Netware could not conect

NETWARE_Server: Could not Locate or detect Brightstor Arcserve Backup Server. For ip protocol check the flowing settings
1. mashine name and ip
2. Brightstor arcserve backup is loaded on the mashine
3. This is the correct spelling of the mashine and that is a valid Netware server
что делать?
