Можно отключить бродкасты полностью (TID 10081960 How to disable all broadcast messages from the server.)
Но тогда оповещение администраторов придется настраивать другими методами (SNMP, .....)
Второй вариант, отключить получение бродкастов на рабочих станциях (NW клиентах) редактированием реестра (логинскрипт, ZEN, ...)
