NOVCRON 4.96.11 NovCron.NLM is a NLM which performs specified tasks at scheduled times. You can perform any console command, load and unload NLMs or execute NCF files without having to be there. The system is controlled by a text file : SYS:\SYSTEM\CRONTAB.DAT ( !! WARNING !! For work rename NOVCRON.DAT to CRONTAB.DAT ) The CRONTAB.DAT file is checked every minute to see if anything is scheduled to be processed. The CRONTAB.IMM file can be used to submit any commands needed to be executed immediately. In the case of the CRONTAB.IMM file no date or time checking is performed. The file will be removed after the commands in the file are executed. After jobs execute an entry is made in a log SYS:\SYSTEM\NOVCRON.LOG.
